When you upload files, they are sent to our AI service (Google Gemini) for content analysis. This is necessary to generate intelligent file names. The AI processing is done in real-time, and we do not retain file content after processing is complete.

  • Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms
  • We use Supabase for secure database storage
  • Payment processing is handled by Stripe (PCI compliant)

6. Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active
  • Processed files: Automatically deleted after 24 hours
  • Usage logs: Retained for up to 90 days
