By accessing or using Renomely ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Renomely is an AI-powered file renaming service that analyzes file content to generate intelligent, descriptive filenames. The Service processes files in your browser and uses AI technology to suggest appropriate names.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

  • Free accounts are limited to 15 file renames per month
  • Paid subscriptions provide additional monthly credits
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Renomely and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. File Processing

  • Files are processed in your browser and sent to our AI for analysis
  • We do not permanently store your original files
  • Renamed files are available for download for 24 hours
  • You retain all rights to your files

8. Limitation of Liability

Renomely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
